Printable Non-School Youth Biathlon Application

If you are entering the youth biathlon as part of a school team, you will need to get an application through your school. Do not use the application on this page. Applications for the youth biathlon can also be found at Phifer Wellness Center, Cycle Wright, and CBS Sports in Morganton, Appalachian Mountain Sports in Glen Alpine and Rock-n-Road Bicycle Shop in Hickory.
